Who we are
PV Developments is a property development and asset manager with a portfolio of residential projects on the South Coast.
As a principal and owner manager, we address the complete programme from site assembly, planning and construction to operational management. Our focus is on the build to rent sector.
We invest our own capital alongside that of our investors, and also act as third-party construction and asset manager for other property owners.

We focus on inner-city living models because Britain's urban centres already have what people need — the connectivity, the infrastructure and the established, recognisable communities where people actually want to live. We target obsolescent commercial and mixed-use urban assets to regenerate into new communities.
Platform-led delivery
Every scheme is delivered through one consistent platform — the same standards of design, quality and care, applied again and again. Not reinvented building by building.
Community living
Especially in co-living, we design for connection — shared spaces and a sense of community that make a building somewhere people genuinely want to live, not just rent.
High-rise expertise
Density in the inner-city means building upwards. We deliver high-rise residential, including managing the Government's new Gateway process that governs how tall buildings are consented, built and operated.

A city of national importance
Portsmouth is one of the UK's most strategically important cities. HM Naval Base Portsmouth anchors a wider ecosystem of defence employment, technical skills, maritime industry and mobile workforce demand.
Project Royal Oak, the Ministry of Defence's programme to rebuild the UK's three principal naval bases, commits approximately £26bn over ten years, of which around £3.9bn is already allocated to HM Naval Base Portsmouth.
For real estate, that strategic relevance supports durable demand for well-located accommodation serving students, apprentices, graduates, young professionals and the operational workforces linked to the city's naval, waterfront and wider economic base.
